Founded in 1984
Lois Allison started Sun Valley Mustard in 1984 in Sun Valley, Idaho to spread her family mustard recipe. The "Mustard Lady" was a popular figure in this mountain town, and her mustard became a local staple. The company remains based in the Wood River Valley with owners, Ryan Rosmarin, Alex Langerman and Patricia Florescu at the helm.
