Alpenglow started as an idea by Sean and Jillian Wittmeyer on a mountain car ride, they mixed their passions for alpine skiing, mountain resorts, and the adventure of crafting an empire to create Alpenglow. The engine building game allows players to compete to build the best ski area, build their own chairlift network, and work with other players to define the mountain and town. Players grow their empire through tile laying, card playing, and skier delivery. Multiple paths to victory, variable setup, and action-packed turns make Alpenglow a favorite by skiers and gamers alike
