Durable, worn in canvas salvaged from a WWII era US duffel bag has been paired with hard to find 1940's era frog skin camo and thoughtfully reworked into a versatile carryall.
- Fully lined with beige cotton canvas, this bag features a large interior pocket (9" x 11") that will comfortably hold a wallet and phone, toiletries, notebook etc.
- Leather boot, handles and buckle straps are made from beautiful, top grain cow hide. This leather is tough enough to last a life time, but soft and supple enough for comfort.
- Metal feet on the base of the bag are great for wear and tear protection when traveling while a water resistant fiberboard interior bottom panel and a lightweight aluminum frame help to retain the bag's shape while on the go.

ForestBound
Somerville, Massachusetts
In 2007 founder Alice Saunders was a college student living with eight people in an apartment that happened to have a sewing machine in the attic. Combining her love for history, textiles and flea markets, she began constructing durable tote bags out of reclaimed fabrics with a timeless aesthetic. Alice put her heart and passion into her designs, resulting in Forestbound bags. Her designs have won numerous awards, including 2018 Best Bag Designer by Boston Magazine. Today, the bags are still hand sewn by Alice and with each is the hope that it will accompany you for many years, creating new stories everywhere you take them.
