Avora
Tavernes de la Valldigna, Valencia, Spain
Founded in 2019
In a horseshoe shaped valley bordered by the Iberian and Betic mountains and the Mediterranean Sea lie the towns of Tavernes de la Valldigna and Xeraco where the paddle ball (beach bats) are handmade. Utilizing their families 100+ year history of woodworking, Nacho, Hugo, Joshua, and Nando realized a dream by designing and producing the paddles in their hometown. Made of marine plywood (FSC & solid wood) each are finished with a beautiful varnish to protect the wood & ensure they are water resistant. In celebration of the Mediterranean lifestyle, the founders hope Avora paddle ball become part of your traditions with family & friends for years to come.
