Sarah grew up in the woods of West Virginia and studied art in college. After college she had a hard time mixing art with her upbringing and turned to horticulture to became a farmer. But Sarah couldn’t let her art making go. When she found letterpress equipment destine for a scrap yard, she purchased it and taught herself letterpress printing. Although her tools have changed, she still explores the wonder of the outdoors through her art. Sarah hand carves each image and prints them herself. She hopes that her work will bring the strength, fragility, beauty and mystery of nature into your home.
